Our Service

Our Service is tailored to couples, families or small groups and designed to ensure you have a great time in our yachts which offer accommodation for up to six people in double cabins.

We charter yachts that you'd be proud to own. Our aim is to provide you yachts in as-new condition, every-time you sail with us.

It is our aim that every-time you step on one of our yachts, it is in the same condition that you last saw it.

The yachts are equipped and maintained to an extremely high standard and many features not normally found in bare-boats or off the shelf production yachts.

Our service is designed to maximize your sailing time and make your time here as rewarding and trouble-free possible.

We are happy to offer our many years of experience here to you.

Our pick-up and drop-off times are now 1200, with a pro rata rate applying for earlier or later times.

We offer Last Minute Booking Discounts and Specials which are not on our site - just check with us to find out the current deals.

Our team all go to considerable lengths to make sure your sailing holiday here is as rewarding and trouble-free as we can.

We customize and personalize our service which has been designed after many years of experience here; listening to our clients’ comments and those of other companies. It is our intention to make all our services as user-friendly as possible.

The Sailing Area

Sailing through the waters and islands of the Andaman Sea is always a thrill; at the helm of one of our yachts, your holiday in paradise will take on new significance.

You'll see things that are unique and sail waters seldom seen.

The contrasts and beauty that abound in this one area will amaze you.

We are sure that you will fall in love with the gentle breezes and smooth seas of this area, as we have.

As sailing is relatively new in these waters, you’ll be amazed how un-crowded it is on the water here.

There is a fair degree of local knowledge required, as the information available on the area is not as comprehensive as more established charter locations. Our staff will assist you in avoiding potential dangers.

Our Yachts

We aim to have our yachts in as close to pristine condition as possible, so that stepping on board is a pleasure.

Our new yachts are customized with many extras that do make such a big difference when you are on-board.

We now include as standard in the charter prices a trained staff member to assist you.

We supply:

• The yacht fully equipped
• RBI dinghy with Outboard engine
• Kits including navigation, safety gear, tools, spares, bedding & cutlery and spare fuel for the yacht and dinghy
• Masks & snorkels
• A trained crew member to assist Custom Built Sails
• GPS Chart Plotters
• Extra Stowage
• Extra Safety Equipment
• CD/MP3 Players

Extra: Fuel Used Insurance Excess Waiver and any National Park fees.

Options

1. One of our Skippers can accompany you to be responsible for sailing the yacht.
2. One of our instructors can go with you. Certifications cost THB 2,500 at each level and an ASA establishment fee of THB 1500 is payable for new students.

Your Qualifications and Experience

The minimum requirement for chartering bareboat is Bareboat Charter or Day Skipper Certification, as you are responsible for the safety of the vessel and those on board. Proof of equivalent pertinent experience may be accepted after a sailing test.

For un-staffed services, we require a Coastal Skipper Certification and commensurate appropriate experience.

An onboard test may be required.

Provisions

We have a comprehensive provisioning list, including heat and serve meals, and we can have everything on board for you prior to departure.

Your Requirements

We strive to accommodate your aims and wishes and to make all your time with us in the Phuket area as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

When you book with us you will receive a Preference Form to make sure we cater for all we can.

Bookings

We have a user friendly policy in that we confirm bookings on receipt of a completed Booking Form and a 50% deposit, The balance can be paid prior to Departure.

• Completing the Credit Card Authority on the Booking Form
• Direct Payment discount of 2.5% applies to payments made in full direct to our bank account or payments made in cash.

On confirmation we will email you a Provisioning Order, Preference form, a Briefing Sheet and a sample Contract.

Cancelation Policy
In reality, some of our customers have had an emergency which stopped them arriving at their booked time. We view each case on a one-off basis, which has usually resulted in re-scheduling the booking. While our stated policy is that the deposit is non-refundable once a booking has been accepted (unless the booking is cancelled prior to two calendar months prior to commencement, when we may refund up to 50% of deposits paid), the human approach takes precedence.

We recommend obtaining cancellation insurance.

Client Rewards Program

We have a client rewards discount for ex-students or previous charterers who charter with us within 2 years of their last course or charter. If you charter within one year of your last course or charter you will receive a 10% discount and if you charter within 2 years you will receive a 5% discount - applies to direct bookings only.
